I'm posting this video just because I was thinking about it again today.
I hate to admit that my Dawson's Creek knowledge is limited. But I guess I like the idea of an actor having enough sense of humor about his career to do something like this. And I find Joshua Jackson rather charming, even if he seems really old and looks tired in this little clip.
I have no idea what Pacey-Con refers to, is, means etc.

It's sort of a strange joke. Basically, people have conventions for nerdy or cultish tv shows, and Dawson's Creek was actually neither of those things. But there was sort of this love for the character of Pacey, who basically stole the show. And the actor, now years older, is sort of making fun of how people still love that character by holding a convention for his old character.
